Last updated August 1, 2026 · The short version: you own your content, pay only for what you chose, and can leave anytime.
1 · The service
CareerAI provides resume building, ATS scoring, and job-tailoring tools, on free and paid plans as described on the pricing page. We may improve or change features; we won’t remove a paid capability mid-term without a refund.
2 · Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials to yourself; you’re responsible for activity under your account. One person per account — teams need a seat each.
3 · Your content
You own everything you upload and everything the tool produces for you. You grant us only the limited license needed to process it on your behalf. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to employers — the AI drafts, you decide.
4 · Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling access, reverse-engineering, submitting content you don’t have rights to, or using the service to fabricate credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
5 · Plans & billing
Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually — until cancelled. Trials convert at the end of the trial period unless cancelled first; we email a reminder two days before. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice, never mid-term.
6 · Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime in one click from Settings; access runs to the end of the paid period. Annual plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
7 · Disclaimers
We improve your odds; we cannot promise interviews or offers. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
8 · Changes & contact
